Initial Assessment

If you are interested in working together. I offer a free 15-minute online or phone consultation, to discuss starting therapy and answer any questions you may have. We can also discuss scheduling and availability during this time. An initial assessment consultation offers space for us to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for your needs. I will also share an overview of my therapeutic approach and invite any questions you may have. If it feels comfortable and aligned, we can discuss arranging further sessions.

Fees

£60 per 50 minute session. Payable in advance by bank transfer. You can pay weekly, monthly or in blocks whichever you prefer.

Cancellation policy

Details regarding cancellation notice periods and policies will be provided during initial consultation.

Practice hours

Online throughout the UK. Sessions are available online and by phone. Specific hours will be discussed to accommodate your schedule.
