Therapeautic Framework
Whatever has brought you here is important, and together we can explore it in a way that feels right for you. I offer a safe, non‑judgmental, and supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, thoughts, and feelings with clarity and compassion. I work integratively, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, person‑centred and cognitive‑behavioural approaches. This means I blend different theories in a flexible way, adapting the work to your unique needs rather than following a rigid model. This helps us to explore emotional distress, unhelpful patterns, relational dynamics, and the impact of past experiences in a way that makes sense to you.
Creating a Safe Space
My practice is grounded in compassion and ethical integrity, shaped by creative methods and thoughtful reflection. I strive to offer a space that feels calm, contained, and deeply attuned to the individual before me - a space where quiet shifts can unfold naturally. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, one built on trust, presence, and the gentle unfolding of insight
Areas of Focus
My clinical interests include supporting adults with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, and issues related to self-worth and self-esteem. I offer a safe, collaborative therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build greater self-awareness, and develop confidence and resilience. Sessions are available in person in SW19, SW11, and SW18, as well as online or by telephone across the UK.
