Therapeautic Framework

Whatever has brought you here is important, and together we can explore it in a way that feels right for you. I offer a safe, non‑judgmental, and supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, thoughts, and feelings with clarity and compassion. I work integratively, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, person‑centred and cognitive‑behavioural approaches. This means I blend different theories in a flexible way, adapting the work to your unique needs rather than following a rigid model. This helps us to explore emotional distress, unhelpful patterns, relational dynamics, and the impact of past experiences in a way that makes sense to you.

Creating a Safe Space

My practice is grounded in compassion and ethical integrity, shaped by creative methods and thoughtful reflection. I strive to offer a space that feels calm, contained, and deeply attuned to the individual before me - a space where quiet shifts can unfold naturally. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, one built on trust, presence, and the gentle unfolding of insight

I continue to nurture my own growth through regular supervision and professional learning.
