Therapeautic Framework
Whatever has brought you here is important, and we can explore it together in a way that feels right for you. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, thoughts and feelings with clarity and compassion. I work integratively, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, and adapt my way of working to your individual needs. This allows us to explore emotional distress, unhelpful patterns, relationships and the impact of past experiences in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
Creating a Safe Space
My practice is grounded in compassion and ethical integrity, and informed by thoughtful reflection and ongoing professional development. I aim to offer a calm, supportive and contained space where you feel understood, safe and supported, allowing change to unfold at your own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, presence and gentle exploration, where insight can develop naturally over time.
Areas of Focus
I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relational challenges, and issues related to self-worth and self-confidence. I offer a safe, collaborative therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build greater self-awareness, and develop confidence and resilience. Sessions are available in person in SW19, SW11 and SW18, online or by telephone across the UK, as well as walk and talk therapy.
