Welcome to Kirsty Pratt Integrative Therapy. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Anxiety, low self-confidence, and difficulties in relationships or life transitions can leave you feeling stuck, doubting yourself, or unsure how to move forward — even when you seem to be coping on the outside.

You might find yourself overthinking, being hard on yourself, or putting others’ needs before your own, while feeling disconnected from what you really want.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on at your own pace and begin to make sense of your experiences. Together, we will work in a way that feels right for you, supporting you to build self-understanding, confidence, and resilience.

I am Kirsty, an integrative therapist offering in person therapy in SW19, SW18 and SW11, as well as online sessions for adults. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low self-confidence, relationship or family difficulties, and times of change or uncertainty.

I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on, begin to understand your experiences, and find a way forward that feels more manageable and clear.

My approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural (CBT) ideas, with a strong person-centred foundation. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship—creating a safe, steady space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore things at your own pace.

I am a BACP-registered integrative therapist with a BA in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

My background includes corporate experience and volunteering with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, both of which deepened my understanding of the importance of mental health, empathy, and feeling heard.

I am passionate about supporting people to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
